Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier conditions and your location. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. If you have questions about your shipment, please contact us with your order details.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of food products, we generally cannot accept returns. However, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.

To request a return or report an issue:

1. Email info@jonesingforsauce.com with your order number and a description of the issue
2. Include photos of any damage if applicable
3. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong items, we will either send a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund — your choice. Please reach out within 7 days of receiving your order so we can resolve it promptly.
